The Simplified Sparky Mentorship · Last updated 27 August 2026
These terms apply when you join The Simplified Sparky Mentorship ("the Mentorship"), operated by Simplified Sparky ("we", "us"). By completing payment through either payment option, you agree to them.
Membership of the Mentorship is a 12-month commitment, whichever payment option you choose.
Payments are processed by Stripe in Australian dollars. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout where applicable. On the monthly plan, your card is charged automatically each month on or around the same day you joined.
If a monthly payment fails, we will retry it and let you know. Access to the Mentorship may be paused until the payment is brought up to date. Missed payments remain owing: a failed charge does not reduce the 12-payment commitment.
Because membership is a 12-month commitment, payments already made are not refundable, and stopping the monthly plan early does not cancel the remaining payments. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Membership gives you access to the Mentorship community, roadmap content, live sessions and included resources for your 12-month term, as described on the offer page at the time you joined. We may improve, add to or reorganise the content over time.
Membership is for you, personally, and one business. Content, tools and resources inside the Mentorship are for your own use in your business and may not be shared, resold or redistributed outside it.
We may end a membership without refund where a member is abusive to other members, shares members-only material outside the Mentorship, or otherwise seriously breaches these terms.
